By accessing, registering, or subscribing to GBpass ("Application", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Application.

The Application is developed and maintained by an independent software service operator ("Operator") serving users internationally. The Operator is not a licensed financial institution, cybersecurity provider, or escrow service, and does not provide financial, security, or custodial services.
Customer support is provided exclusively via email.

Your use of the Application is subject to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Because the Application uses encryption that prevents us from viewing your data, the Operator cannot recover lost master passwords or encrypted vault data. You accept full responsibility for securely managing your master password and recovery information.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for:
In areas where liability limitations are restricted, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by local law. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Operator may reject complaints that are abusive, repetitive, malicious, or submitted for competitive interference purposes. Complaints must include enough detail for a reasonable review.

Users' privacy rights are respected in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Personal data is processed in line with accepted data protection principles aligned with UK GDPR and the Australian Privacy Act.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
