Account Deletion Policy

1. Overview
This policy explains what happens when you delete your GBpass account, including what data is removed, how long the process takes, and what to expect at each step.
2. How to Request Account Deletion
You can delete your account in two ways:
In-App
Go to Settings › Account › Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps.
Via Email
Send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.
You may be asked to verify your identity before the deletion process begins.
3. What Gets Deleted
When your account deletion is confirmed, the following data will be scheduled for permanent deletion:
Because GBpass uses encryption that prevents us from viewing your data, we cannot recover any vault data once it has been deleted.
4. Grace Period
After you confirm your deletion request, your account enters a 14-day grace period. During this period:
